Re: [Project Log] Shas'o Dre's Farsight Enclaves Cadre

There was somebody who did a conversion which I thought was pretty cool. They took part of the rails off the Ion Accelerator and glued it on the back as like a "cooling" system (with a few other modifications of course). It's floating around on this site somewhere but I can't remember wher...

Re: Hunter Cadre: Heavy Support Options?

I'm just saying that if he uses the Riptide for the Ion spot he could then use the Missilesides in the heavy slot and fill that role.

Re: [Project Log] Sons of Shovah 15th Company

I understand you're pain. ::
With it getting warmer my compressor keeps getting too hot and the water trap can't keep up so until I get one with a tank I can't paint either :(
Looking forward to your progress again. :biggrin:

Re: Hunter Cadre: Heavy Support Options?

But honestly if you're going to just slap an Ion Cannon on it then you should just go Riptide. Greater mobility (IRRC it's also stronger), better BS (nothing worse than having to jink and use even more markerlights to make sure it hits) where as a Riptide can generally tank most things. I guess you ...

Re: Hunter Cadre: Heavy Support Options?

Yeah. The only difference between the HH and the DF really is the nose option (which you could technically pick up the bits off eBay or something) the DF uses a burst canon nose where as the HH has a targeting array. Also the HH can swap its gun drones for burst cannons or missiles and the DF can on...

Re: The return of the Darklighter [WIP update 14/04/17]

I'm having issues with my wall as well. But for you I think it honestly depends on what you're doing with it. If it's just terrain or actually going to be fielded... But I partially feel like the all white Wall is a little over done. But if it were to follow your Crisis Suit (the non commander) or y...

Re: [WIP] Spec Ops Tau - SWA Kill Team

I like the bulkyness better on the second iteration, the angle of the burst canon seems off but that could just be me.
Honestly it's your drone so it'll be up to you. Curious about what sick paint job you're going to give. :biggrin:
