I agree that having lots of CP is important (especially considering with what we know about the C:SM codex now), however taking subpar choices like the Sniper Drones will backfire quickly I feel.

Weren't the days of Buffmander gone quite some time ago? Like with release of the Index? :D

Also someone on B&C confirmed that the first Relic is free, the second cost 1CP, the third 2CP. And only one per model.

Two words: dimnishing returns.
The Ghostkeel is already annoying to shoot at and his damage output is quite low. Making it even more durable won't do much.

They are separate abilities, so yes they stack. They aren't re-rolls, and they aren't saves, so they technically work on mortal wounds. Well d'uh. There are always ways how positioning can affect things. But it's not always possible to place your drones like that while having your Ghostkeel where you want it to be. So it's still a valid advice.
