This is actually very exciting. I was becoming a little bit frustrated the last couple of games on how much point I need to pay for the Riptide, and he was giving back not so much (mostly because of bad rolls, but however).

Something I missed on Shield drones

I think I missed something important about the Drones that I realized the other day. Does the FNP ability of the Drone works even when shot normally? From the FAQ it seems it does and that's a good thing, but wanted to check here :D

If we take in consideration that we and Necrons didn't get points change in Chapter Approved + T'au article in the Regimental standard, the next two Codices will be T'au and Necron and our will be the first in line. I have a good feeling that today GW will announce our codex. :biggrin:

Something crossed my mind on what GW meant by "Commanders will be addressed" . Maybe they will remove the "default" commanders and instead put a number of named Commander characters with the rule that there can be only one in the army (like Shadowsun). Let's say that they put two...

I suppose this keyword will be used for stratagems. IE. For 1 CP models with "Jat pack" keyword may move 1D6 after the shooting phase.

I suspect that Farsight Enclaves will get Rapidfire 18", overwatch on 5's, or +1 WS or something. I actually really like the idea of overwatch on 5's, it would make getting into someone's face quite viable in some cases and it's really fluffy with the "shorten your reach" thing. Does...

...with 5+ Markerlights makes the Sky Ray BS2+ re-rolling ones... I think Sky Ray hits on 3+, not 2+. However, let's hope for some stratagem to reload the missiles. Then it would be a cool option and actually a usable tank. With 5+ Markerlights it does! :biggrin: Oh God. I just re-read the 2nd mark...

If you do not declare Kauyon when launching your seeker missiles then you are probably doing it wrong. I agree that the Piranha have the edge over the whole game but they need the Kauyon even more than the Skyray. My point was (and is) that highly elite armies are where Seeker missiles begin to loo...

That could actually be cool. Surround the Riptide with XV-8 and tons of Drones, take Stimulant Injector and put an Ethereal in the middle of the formation and play offensively. Could be fun. Two times rolling 6 for damage for the Riptide and once for Crisis.
