Re: The Tuirat Catastrophe (Tau Single Player Campaign)

I have no problem with hosting them on ATT. That would ensure that they are available to everyone without having to go through a third party.

Re: The Tuirat Catastrophe (Tau Single Player Campaign)

I still have them since I'm the one that created the files. I'll do you a solid and post the entire document that I have with the WIP (which is completely stalled) for the other missions. So you'll have more than the original 10 pages. It amounts to a whopping 49 pages including a few WIP pages, the...

Why is the Stealth Suit not able to have hand-to-hand combat or open doors? It does have hands and arms.

Re: Tau banners for buildings

Would this fulfill your number 2 step? The proverb written on the banner is taken from the book FireWarrior. It says: Even when broken, a sword may still cut Tau Sa'cea Banner I can't post the image directly as I'm having trouble downloading the file to an image site. But you can still download and ...

Re: [Project Log] Issendrors Taros Campaign

You can find the whole extent of used materials in the first post: Sorry, my bad. I went to the top of the page and figured it was the beginning of the topic. Never thought to look for a first page and I've been following this topic for a while. I'll blame it on early morning. Thanks for the answer...

Re: [Project Log] Issendrors Taros Campaign

What material are you using for your terrain? I figure it's foam but more details would be interesting. It looks great and very Taros like.

Very interesting conversion. What did you use for the legs? It makes for an interesting cold temperature Tau FireWarrior.

Re: Printing 3D models on Shapeways

Layout is something I hadn't considered. I do make my models in the same fashion I would make a mold. I see that it most likely not be the most efficient way of doing it for 3D printing.

Re: Printing 3D models on Shapeways

I will definitely run some test to see the difference. Right now, I haven't printed anything in ultra detail as it's way more expensive than flexible plastic. I haven't had the need to use FUD and WSF was good enough for what I was printing.

Re: Tau Terrain kick

@Meleck If I were you, I would have hollowed these blocks. It can saves around 50% money to users. I'm sorry here but that is a gross error in calculating cost. Believe me, I have made that calculation many time with a lot of my models trying to save as much money on printing these part myself. As ...

Printing 3D models on Shapeways

This is an alternate topic on a comment made on the Terrain Kick topic on saving cost when printing Shapeway models. As I thought my answer may derail the topic, I'm creating a new topic here in case a discussion ensues. @Meleck If I were you, I would have hollowed these blocks. It can saves around ...

Chris, these cards are blank. Simply download the Magic Set Editor and the card templates. Then you can make your own to your hearts desire and preferences.
That's why I'm sharing them.

Warhammer 40k Statistics Cards

I've always like the idea of using cards to identify units in war gaming. Warmachine and Hordes have them but (in my ignorance) they are skirmishes games. So it's one character per unit. Don't play and never actually read the game rules. I've been called the guy who likes to fill out sheets. And I l...

Re: Hobby Resource [Tau Squad Marking Scheme] - Updated

Has anyone ever created a decal for these markings?
I'd be interested in getting some but the marking would need to be white for the Tau sept.
