For future proofing, if these are to be a Tetra analogue, I recommend finding a way to add a second rider. If Tetras ever officially become Jetbikes, the number of weapons they may fire would be limited by number of riders. 1 Rider means you either get to use the Pulse Rifles or the Markerlight in such an eventuality.

Not saying any of it will happen, but we all play against That Guy once in a while.

Interesting thoughts, however we could just imagine that the bike or pilot has a multi tracker as do Battlesuit pilots. And both weapons have to shot the same target so I don't think it would be a big issue. But if someone manages to get two pilots on that would look cool.

Honestly I wouldn't change *BAD WORD DELETED!* on my models just to please a 'That Guy'. Just play someone else instead of wasting your time for someone like that. :D

I know it's ab it off topic but;
Where did you happen to get your jump-packs for the Vespid conversion you did?

Much has been said already, but yes, very effective kit for combining with Tau forces. Uncanny cutaways and tri-vent details.

Wow! Love this conversion on the bikes!

I just purchased 8 of them to play as Tetras or Piranhas. I can't find easy access to Tetra rules, (and I'm not buying that ancient IA book). If I go with using them as Piranhas, I will have to convert in some drones. I'm thinking back behind the legs would work.

I only play with friends, but do you see any issue with that?

WIP on the Mark II.

As was suggested I used the FW markerlight and target lock, but still need to do some gap filling and need some bits from the broadside and a pulse drone bit.

Anyone else got pictures of their versions of this bike? Love to see 'em!

Man, looking great. Light touches of tau tech here and there is really selling it. The scorpion tail Markerlights a nice addition.

Thanks Tael, these are too easy and too fun to make. Bad news is I want to make 4 more but don't have anymore of the FW markerlight and now I am really short on bitz. Just making a trade for a few now, but I may have to be happy with only 4 of them.

Recreating a xv84 compatible marker head is one of my 3d projects. So if your conversion can wait one or two month, mine may fit.
Or you can recreating them with plasticard (I done that on an old crisis).

Hello! Brand new to posting on ATT and I'm a new member but I have been reading posts on here for a very long time. Your post actually convinced me to make a Tau jet bike using bits from the eldar set! So here it is! Reminds me of Star Trek though!
