That's pretty awesome. Such wonderful work on one of the coolest looking Imperial Guard tanks I've ever seen. Excellent both kit wise and paint wise.

That Macharius looks amazing, but nothing will beat the Tanith 1st and only!

The Tanith are toughest regiment in fluff for sure! I am currently smoothing over areas of scratch off imperial symbol with soft greenstuff and retouching them up, and drilling all the gun barrels, lots of work, but its the next step to make my army better. After that I may update my catachans with some tattoos as I learn to do it well enough on the taniths.

Huge update: the entire army went over a make over. Models also added are Voss Lightning, Centaur, rare Tanith Colonel, celebrity Catachan Rough Riders, Rogue Trader(Solar Macharius model).

Update: added 40x conscripts(all torso and legs self resin cast outside of the few metal minis), creed command squad, imperial knight! I am currently working on scions platoon(expanded 2 boxes to 25 man platoon and a commissar with bits), TauRox :P , Deathwatch kill team, dark eldar infantry.

update: knight titans seen above, wyvern, and lord commissar on 1st pg, after my move I plan to work on the 4th knight titan, imperial navy arvus lighter, harlequin solitaire for a comp, dark eldar bomber, ork flash gitz, some commissions, then redo part of my IG(50 or so cadian, 50 catachan, sentinels, etc) as they weren't properly cleaned of mold lines.

Impressive collection. I like the cohesiveness of the knights, and they are probably my favorite model at the moment to boot. :)

I'm loving the entire army and your painting skills, at least to me, look fantastic!

I especially love the little things you have done to bring your models to life, such as the battle damaged engine on your flier and the smoking flamer Cannon on the knight... Well done!!

If that's the case, I've got another on the way, its the FW mega bolter/power sword one, its cleaned and magnetized ready for painting after my move. scheme not decided yet, but it will be from the same house hawkshroud.

@deepstrike: I think you meant the damaged flier instead of (finger) with smokes; I try to add tiny details here and there to give it flavor; for example the blue knight above is crushing an xv9 under its foot, I used the extra xv9 legs send me by FW as replacement for the missing crotch bit mess fiasco. both GW plastic knights are able to build both options BTW.

Very nice khornate red on the villans in your Assassinorium set :)

I had missed this thread before, just have to say, very impressive Knight maniple(?) Do the pilots come with the kit or is that something you have added afterward?

- Tael :)

Sadly none of the knights come with a pilot, though FW is making a pilot for their knights that is modeled on the chair; I used the gunner and chair bits from the taurox for my pilots, they fit surprisingly well and look the part.
