plasma are half the price, and points are tight in a 1000pt list

Given that the new orca has a massive transport capacity (easily 6-7 normal sized units) it appears we now have a new mechanism for getting first turn - if your group accept FW stuff, of course.

You'd need to deploy immediately out of the Orca if you wanted to use first turn though. Remember disembarking comes before moving.
