I do like the bubble effect on the back-packs. Mind if I copy.
And as for the lava, did you manage to do a tutorial :nice:

Update 7

Completed Firewarrior skin

Sticking to my "speed painting troops rule" - Each head took me about 10 mins. Pretty happy with the results vs time investment.

Crisis suit posing concept

Added fist for the "arrogant aiming pose". This is early proof of concept - I still need to get a lot neater with the plastic cutting. This is not final, and only my first attempt to test the fit of my plasticard squares.

Looking great and can't believe that you only spend 10 minutes per tau's head. I'm about to start an XV-8 speed paint so I'm wondering how long it's taking you to do your XV-8's.
