Tau'va to the ATT community.
After some very hard work-life balance disparities over the last year I'm fighting my way back to my hobby table.
Many things still where (and certainly still are) waiting for some glue and paint, but I'm getting right back into the thread topic.

Milestone VI nears its completion. That means Missile Silo Decima is nearly constructed and armed against planetary invasions or imperial liberation crusades.

Used Materials:
polystyrene wall panels
white glue/wood glue
Sandpaper
Box-Cutter
Blue Stuff Thermoplastic to form some moulds for the little details
Milliput
- white for the fine detail parts
- yellow for the sandbags
miniature bulb plate bunker interior
aluminium mesh for the fences

I'll provide some photos from the entire process in between.

Sketches for Thungusta Station are well progressed and I'll give you a little preview as well.

I finished another Firewarrior Gunline in the meantime, originally belonging to the next milestone but my passion ran wild. (Photos to a later occasion)
That leaves only the Hydra-Flak-Emplacement and the Gun-Emplacements unfinished.

They'll follow shortly.
Entries will follow at least every 1 to 2 months from now on.

Next up:
- Defence Emplacements - Missile Silo Decima :fear:
- Suprise Entry (were you suprised? I was suprised!)
- Milestone VII : Fast Attack Choice
- Milestone VIII: Thungusta Station

Wow this is coming together really nicely. Some inspired terrain scratch builds I'm looking forward to seeing more. I also feel your struggle I'm trying to get back into gaming and feel it'd be easier to host the games with my own table than find a sitter for my wee man. I've had more than a few hiccups along the way but this year is the year!

Maybe not too little an update, but here are the emplacements like I'd announced.
All moveable and interchangeable.
That finished my Milestone VI like planned.
There will be some additions nontheless - like additional sandbag emplacements/lines and a pillbox, maybe ...
More battlefields of Taros Campaign and its szenarios in the future.

Really glad for the updates, this table is going to be a spectacle when you get stuck into a fight across it. Thank you for the build images as paintwork oft hides clever ideas and useful materail shots. :)

There've been some nasty battles on this table already - but that's a story for an other time. ;)
Beneath you'll find the pillbox blueprint which I mentioned as a planned addition in my last post. (And I'll try to be as illustrativ as is tolerated, if someone is interessed in a tutorial).

The suprise entry will be revealed beneath as well. Someone told me I should try to stick to the book as close as possible and I ran a bit wild. >> PDF Security Platoon << . Should take a while, but it's not a priority.

If you remember this little overview:

Milestone VII consists of another Fast, Elite, and Standard entry.
Translating into a Pathfinder Team with a Devilfish Transport, a Crisis Suit and another full squad of Firewarriors.
Firewarrios already done - picture still missing.
An updated list, with Tungusta Station entrys revealed, is following in the near future.

And now to something completely different.(or not?)

I feel your pain pal. So who was it?
Proactive ... encouragement from my side, all the way.
