Looking great, but I think the maintenance detail need to get a hoof up their behind; look at those unclean decks!

I'm liking the idea of glowing portions near the shields, perhaps a little more feathering?

Thanks Tael! Yes we've been having problems with our maintenance vesa over here, hopefully get that sorted shortly :D

Yes looking back the glow effect is a bit patchy, will have to touch that up at some stage...

Yeah, I'd say the feathering is low priority considering the magnitude of the build. :)

Used these in battle as yet?

It IS a big model!

I very rarely play, so no; it has not yet seen battle.

I'm currently in the process of moving, so no pictures for a while...

That shield line looks awesome Ironsky! Yes, you took great photos for me. I've never actually seen the kit so it's nice to see it from different angles. Also, I hate moving too. I've moved almost 10 times in the last ten years. Packing and unpacking are not fun at all. Good luck with the move!

Thanks Czar Ziggy! I hope I won't be moving around quite that much!

Glad the quantity of photos was acceptable :P

Wow, Its been quite a long time since I posted in here! Just a quick photo dump for today. I've about finished my Riptide, it just needs some work on the base and the drones finished off now. WIP shots can be found Here.

How did you pull off the burst cannon conversion? I love the look of the stealth suit variant but don't have any idea how to scale up the concept. Overall it looks great! Love the simple camo/weathering patterning.

Man! He's brutal! in the good sense off course,as been already said, seems that our cadres are operating in the same planet, the scheme is similar to mine, so already enjoying your paint, but those cannons deserve special rules!

I've done a How To guide for the burst cannon conversion Here It basically takes time and quite a lot of green stuff. I much prefer the look of the enclosed barrels and am replicating it throughout my cadre.

Special rules El ZorDacK..? It would be good to use both cannons; much more shooty :fear:
