First of all:
I like the "I don't have a Riptide".
Many lists now are centred around either Riptides or Farsight enclaves and it is good to see one without either one of those.
Secondly, as somebody else will surely point out your post lacks substance. Before posting an army list you should check out the guidelines so you know what to put in it to enable the community to best help you. With your post nobody knows what each unit is going to do and why. If you would find the time to read the primers and edit your post that would be great ;)
Besides that I'd say try to figure out what you want your suits to do as right now they do all jobs and none really well. Also your commander's unit is very expensive, and not really cost efficient. The plasma missile combo is not too bad a combination though, and I guess you can roll with it if you like to.

Edited for capitalisation.
Good advice about checking the guidelines :crafty: - El'mo

Ok, I edited list according to guidlines.
As to suits most of them they have weapons mounted for good - second-hand buy. My idee fix of list was to counter hordes of marines with plasma and missiles.

Your Crisis Bodyguard team has too many members. Crisis bodyguards are limited to two suits unless Farsight is in your list. Additionally, you're not really gaining any benefit by making them a bodyguard team as you are not making use of signature systems or extra hard points and otherwise have room in your FOC for a Elite Crisis team.

You could also improve your Crisis team synergy. As is the teams lack focus, especially the one with no target locks. Using the models in your list I'd put the Dual Plasma suits in one team with gun drones and no target locks and the dual missile suits in another team with at least one target lock. Then make a decision on your two Plasma/Missile suits. You could put one each in the two squads or make them another squad, or consider re-arming them. The FireKnives were a mainstay in the previous codex but really not so much any more except in some cases where you need your crisis teams to be more generalist. Of course, if you keep them as FireKnives in a seperate team they could then be a backup unit for either your Burning Eyes or your Death Rains depending on your need. Perhaps something like this:

Team 1
2 x Dual Plasma ATS, 4 x Gun Drone: Midrange Anti specialist/heavy infantry.

Team 2
1 x Dual Missile VeloTracker, 1 x Dual Missile Target Lock: Backfield Anti Transport/Flyer.

Team 3
2 x Plasma/Missile/EWO: Anti-MC/Reserve Primary, Team 1 or 2 backup secondary, situational deployment.

Note for each of the teams listed I put in a blurb about how they'd be used in your list. We'd like you to do that with your post to give us some idea of how you plan to use the elements in your army which will in turn help us help you.

Would especially like to know more about how you intend to use the commander.

I also feel this list could use better makerlight support than you currently have. Those 2 Shas'ui just aren't going to generate enough markers to make a difference or even justify their cost. As is they are mounted in 'fish and I'd expect they'd be mobile so they won't often even be able to fire those markerlights at full effect. Better off saving those points. That 'ui (or demoted 'la) will contribute more with his pulse rifle than with the markerlight. We've got lots of options for markerlight support, including a metric ton of discussion on this site.

Having said all that, I like the feel of this list. Mine is quite similar, and I don't have a Riptide either. As presented, I feel like your main weaknesses are:
    Essentially no markerlight support
    Few scoring units
    No Anti-Air
    Limited ability to handle AV14
Will Flak'O for food.

Thanks for your thoughts, I will redo my list with these in mind.
As to AA I think I accidentaly bought early warning override in one Broadside instead of skyfire.
