That's one wicked disruption pattern - very effective, and so crisp and clean.

Ppppppbbbbttthhh. Yours are great, I love the glow effect. I looked for a tutorial on how to paint a good glow effect, but I've never found one. Any tips?

I second lostinnm, that is a great looking tank! I too would be interested in a glowing tutorial. (I mean that literally and figuratively.)

Eigle, is your cadre part of Farsight's crew, or did you pick red and black because it looks good? Because it looks really good! Good choice on the basing scheme too. Simple, but elegant.

I am also utterly enraptured by Traumaron's Skyray. Oy! That thing is incredible!

Arkion:
It was originally my intention to do a Farsight army, hence the colour choice. However, 13000pts later it's both a Farsight list and the Karashi Lissera, or the "Exiled Union Cadre".

lostinnm and Wolfs16:
I was given the method by Shas'ui faol, although I added a Citadel Wash and a Vallejo Transparent Blue to his instructions. It's very simple and straightforward; here's what he told me to do:

The entire guide can now be reviewed here : [Guide] Painting a Glow effect - Tael.

Thanks! I tried a few new things on these vehicles, including Tamiya Weathering Masters and Microsol/ Microset for the decals. I am pleased with the results.

The finish is the usual two coats of gloss and two coats of matt varnish.

Since it appears this is an all inclusive vehicle gallery.
Here are a couple of my favorites in my army.
My first completed model
Image
One of my hammerheads, and the best detailed
Image
one of the toughest mods, machining and then laying up Carbon fiber in a pirahna.
Image
Beware not clamping down hard enough when machining plastic, the fuse can be thrown pretty darned hard if it catches the bit just right.

And a new Skyray

Hello again everyone.

Firstly, there are some seriously awesome models on here :D

Eigle your force is the same colour as what my old colour scheme was before my change to the desert scheme.

Sholto, man I love those Tetra's! :) Here's a few pics of my Tau'shan Hammerhead that I experimented with my airbrush on.

And as you can see, a Hammerhead is a lot bigger than a Ford KA ! :P
