Those are lovely. What greys did you use?

Just saw your post. I used Codex Grey for the main armor, Fortress Grey for secondary panels, and Skull White and Golden Yellow for details. - ST

This thread has been a bit quiet of late so I thought I'd add my collection of vehicles and hopefully encourage some fresh posts.

Very crisp and clean, I like it. Is the light camo pattern airbrushed? A bit hard to tell if it blends or not from the photo, but it looks like it does. Nice.

Again, we have come to a quiet time in this thread. However, this time I have something worth posting into this gallery; A mangohead!
Built from one hammerhead kit and the Railgun from Mangozac's battle walker. They actually fit together well.

Do it. You're part of the membership [I would hope!] and it's painted very well.

Sweet Mangohead AA :nice:

I'm also tempted to put my newest hammerhead in here. (The one from my metal tutorial)

That is looking quite nice! have you ever used it in a game? the Barracuda looks cool but I've never seen it used in 40K and I'm wondering how well you think it performs from your personal experience.

Yes I have used it, in a deepstrike tournament last year, it done a job and luckily didn't get itself shot up !

I wanted to use my Barracuda since the very 1st day I got it, but most of the tournaments I went to, didn't allow flyers :-( . Laserburn, a planetstrike tournament at Warhammer World, allowed anything that didn't have structure points, so I used it as part of my defender force ( no interceptor guns thank you :) ) In the two games that I played defender, it cleared a bastion of Marines , damaged/destroyed a Whirlwind/Predator and a Drop pod. They's nothing that puts the screaming willies up an opponant than having a Barracuda coming onto the board from behind them :D .

The Cuda came in from the top right, a turn after this photo was taken. having the four seeker missiles though expensive are the only things that could hurt the heavy armour, so invest if you can. :)

Revenant and Shi'ur great tanks!

Shi'ur,
Really like the double Hammerhead. How did you manage to create a 'mirror image' Railgun, did you cast it or do some cutting and pasting?

Revenant,
Your new tanks are mighty fine, the airbrushing looks top notch.
