SWA Tau Pathfinder Team by pforson

Hello,

I'm a long time WFB player, but have never tried 40k. Several of my gaming group wanted to try Shadow War so I decided to join in and have opted for Tau.

I hope to get a few games in over the next couple of weeks and will probably add some of the Special Operatives, but for now, here's my Team:

Nice models. It's rare to see green-ish skin on Tau. :D

Also it must be one hell of an elite team with them all being Shas'Ui (based on the antennae color). :P

I've no experience with Tau. I figured the Shas'Ui to be the one without a helmet. Is it normal to give him a different colour antennae? - I assume no-one will worry as long as it's obvious which one he is. :nice:

Haha it's okay, most non-Tau player won't even notice.
However if you are interested in such things: Tau have specific parts of their helmet colored in their Sept color depending on their rank. You can find it in the painting section of our Codex. ;)

Enjoy the unique take on Tau, but man - crisp painting style. Very nice.

I kinda like Green Tau - the colour in a way makes me look at the models again with a new approach :)

Not only are the Tau painted extremely well but even the images are presented nicely. Great job and as many others have said I really like the green Tau but I also like the Yellow on grey look.

Tau'va!
